OVERVIEW Omakase is a Japanese dining experience where the chef selects and serves a series of
dishes to the customers. The term "omakase" translates to "I'll leave it up to you" in Japanese, meaning
you entrust the chef to choose the menu. In an omakase meal, the chef crafts a custom menu based on the
freshest and highest quality ingredients available that day, often incorporating seasonal specialties and
regional delicacies. The dishes are usually served one at a time, allowing the customer to savor each
course and appreciate the artistry behind it.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. DATE & TIME
Events must be scheduled no later than 48 hours in advance, with
reservations available for any day of the week between 12 PM and 8 PM.
ORDERS MUST BE PLACED, PARTY SIZE CONFIRMED, AND PAID IN
FULL 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
2. GRATUITY & ADMINISTRATION FEE
A 20% fee will be applied to all parties.
3. SETUP & ARRANGEMENTS
Our team requires 30 minutes prior to the event to prepare the site
accordingly. Please provide tables, chairs, plates, and utensils. Chopsticks
will be provided upon request.
4. TRAVEL
We are happy to travel up to 20 miles from 1620 Western Ave, Albany NY
12203, with a $2 per mile fee thereafter.
The maximum travel distance is 90 miles.
5. INCLEMENT WEATHER & CANCELLATION
We can cook during rain if tents or covered patios are available. It is your
responsibility to cancel and reschedule due to weather no less than 24
hours in advance via email.
If you fail to cancel 24 hours or more prior, only a refund for food and tax
will be provided.
